For example, a person doesn't feel like doing anything. They are not depressed, in fact they are rather satisfied and happy. They used to be active but now they could just sit there in one spot all day and not itch to do anything. Or when they do something they are in a dream like, totally absent minded state. Unless they are presented with the opportunity to experience pleasure like from drugs or sex. What would that be called?
