Is there a manager mode on euro 2008 on the ps2?

I was thinking of buying it. also can you tell me if it is good and any other good features
 
good heavens...... u like manager modes..........
and god bless u...it has.... well that explains why it didn't release for ps3......... euro 2008 is also for PC ....
well it scores a lot above FIFA '08...........
time to sell of ur ps2, buddy..... u gotta experience PS#
