Is there a low cost eyeshadow primer i can buy at a drugstore?

For prom i want to use some eyeshadow primer but i dont want to spend a lot of money on it because i dont even wear eyeshadow often, and i need to buy it somewhere thats close to me, sephora is too far away so dont suggest it lol

well australis cosmetics have eyeshadow primer it costs around $12-$15. they have foundation primer as well it not for eyeshadow but you can use it for eyeshadow

Make your own. That's what I do, and it works almost as good as the expensive stuff.
You will need: liquid/mousse foundation, concealer, body butter, paddle-pop stick, small container and a toothpick.
Place a small amount of concealer in the container, add the same amount of foundation and stir with the toothpick. When it is mixed together add the same amount of body butter as you did with the foundation. (Use the paddle-pop stick to get it out and put it in the container)
Then, mix everything together and you are good to go! works a charm. xxxx

L'Oreal Decrease works good enough if you don't wear makeup often. It's not my favorite to be quite honest but it does what is supposed to.
