I am trying to find out is there away to have a smart phone and not have to pay the 30 a month for a data plan with att. can i use a unlocked phone from a other network and they cant track that? any help would be great.
you can buy and unlocked phone from ebay or craiglist. my cousin has the iphone and its unlock and she's using it on tmobile. and shes not paying data.
