after you for unpaid bills? I had a phone from ATT wireless back in mid 2002 that I never paid. I recently got a copy of a letter from the county that I lived in entering a laywer from the collection agency that is attempting to collect into a civil action suit that I have not recieved any aditional paperwork for. It has been over 8 years and I am wondering if they really can't do anything, espicially since the last time I check it is no longer on my credit report. Or am I due for a visit from the shierf trying to collect?
