We bought a brand new Frigidaire washer and dryer front load set 4/2/05 as well as a four year extended warranty. So far we have had to have both of them worked on more than a dozen times. The service company that they keep sending out takes several months to get the parts in and then another several months to get the RIGHT PARTS in. Even then it doesn't work so the warranty company sent another service man and it took three weeks for him to fix it and it only worked for two loads of clothes. Is there a way to sue Electrolux or Frigidaire?

You just contact the nearest baranch of Electrolux..(Now it is under videocon industries ltd) and meet the branch head and give him the details of your faulty machine.Ask them to replace the faulty to new one..If itn't wrkng send mail to the ceo of videocon industires....If it will also fail just file a case at consumer court...am sure by that will solve yr problm.
