Is there a law in the US that requires "salaried" employees to take a break?

Is there a law in the US that requires "salaried" employees to take a break after working a certain number of hours. I know that retail hourly employees have to take 15 and 30 minute breaks every so many hours, what about salaried managers?

The law varies by state. In Idaho, there is no requirement for employers to give any breaks (I do not recommend working here, especially for the State).
