Doesn't matter whether there is or not.
If such a law has been passed (And a few States / Cities / Counties have passed them) then it is invalid. The Supreme Court has already ruled on this issue. You have a Constitutional right to film or photograph your public servants as they go about their business.
Washington State passed such a law a couple of years ago. Not only has it been struck down, but citizens that were arrested under it have received significant civil awards for the violation of their civil rights after courts ruled this was a "blatant and obvious" civil rights violation.
