Is there a law in MO stating that siblings may not occupy the same room once they

reach a certain age? My son is about to turn 9 and my daughters are 3 and 5. We are living in a small 2 bedroom apartment with a lease that doesn't end until July 09. We were told that we could terminate the lease due to growing family size with a thirty day notice and forfeit of deposit. We found a new place, signed a new lease and paid our deposit, then when we tried to terminate our current lease, we were told the information given to us by another staff member was not correct and that we could only buy out lease or sublet.

I thought there was a law in missouri that once the child reaches the age of 9 that he or she must not have a room with siblings of the opposite sex.

Anyone know anything about this?? Please help....any suggestions would be great.
