Is there a Kindle reader for the Palm Pre or the HTC Hero?

I'm between purchasing a Pre or a Hero on Sprint. I am a Palm loyalist, but I understand that the app offerings are not good, plus I've been hearing about quality (and having issues with my Centro doesn't help). I would do the HTC Hero, but am not a fan of texting with a touchscreen. But I digress...I'm not a power user, but I would like to be able to read a book (among other things I'm researching) on the phone I purchase. There really aren't any clear answers I found and what if there is a hack for kindle that I'm missing? Let me know.
