Is there a jailbreak for iPod Touch 4G 4.2.1 MC for windows?

I was researching and I want to know if there's anything out yet for it. Also, what are the risks that come with jailbreaking the ipod?
tethered or untethered?
a link would also be helpful :)
if this fails to work, will anything happen to my ipod?
