Is there a High Demand for Art Professors or Art Teachers?

I currently teach after-school and is interested in strengthening my career by advancing or getting full-time pay with benefits. The after-school market in Chicago is unstable right now and the state is cutting funding. I have a bachelors in arts, but I am interested in going back to school for my Masters. I am very proficient and experienced in the arts, specifically illustration and fashion. I will consider relocating to the right place if need be. However, I am not sure about what subject(s) to teach, what job in the education field is right for me, or which subject would be the best based on the current economical status. Can someone give advice please....thank you!
