Is there a guitar hero tab creator for your computer?

I want to make tabs on Guitar Hero World Tour, but i don't want to sit there and go through all the sounds to get it right. I was wondering if there was a tab creator you can use on your computer so you can make the tabs on your computer and then when you have it right you can then create it on your 360?
