Is there a good way to make freckles "pop"?

I have some freckles in like a line...ish over my nose and cheekbones. I really like freckles and I think they are very attractive, but also, I have dark circles under my eyes (they aren't that bad, but I'm self-concious about them) that require foundation/cover-up, which also ends up covering my freckles. I want to make my freckles stand out, what should I do?

mybe you shouldn't stay under sunshines too much
that make it worse
MAYBE eyh hehe ^^
 
if you go out in the sun alot then freckles will really "pop"
and they will still b visable through your make up
unless you put like 10 layers of it on ...
