The invite system on the first two is closed, I think. But I've heard good things about Quorks, both when it comes to approachability and speeds/content/the stuff you join private trackers for.

BitFactory is another relatively good and "low-level" one. Registrations are closed (they open sometimes), but finding an invite shouldn't take much effort.
