Is there a good electric outdoor grill?

I prefer my charcoal grill. However, I live in a condo and the home owners association just banned charcoal and propane grills.

I am allowed to use an electric grill. However, I don't know much about electric grills, so if you do, please suggest a good one for me to buy. I like to cook steak, which requires a high heat to turn out well. Are there any good electric grills that can get extremely hot? Are there any that have a charcoal flavor?

Any tips would be appreciated. The more reasonably priced the better. Thanks.
