Is there a fuse or relay for the fuel pump on a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Is there a fuse or relay for the fuel pump on a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee?
The car quite this weekend. It was running and there was a 1/4 tank of gas when it quite. Now the gas gauge shows empty and the car won't start. I think it's the fuel pump. Any suggestions?
 
Yes if you turn the key and you hear no humming noise from the rear of the Jeep you need a new fuel pump..... Not a bad job to do since they are not so low off the groud you just need a descent jack and a few tools and a good 4x4 board and your in biz...........
