I run a business that is service based. We have service contracts that come due once a year. It is an adequate income. The problem is that they are not evenly spaced throughout the year and sometimes the customers are very slow in paying. This presents certain problems. The lean times are around the holidays which makes it difficult to buy Christmas presents and such. Often I have trouble meeting my bills when there are unexpected expenses and when customers pay slowly.
What I am looking for is a third party that will bill my customers and pay me a set amount each month. For example if I bring in $12,000 a year with 25 service contracts this company will collect this and pay me a regular check each month for $1,000 and, of course charge a modest fee for this. It would be worth the fee for me just to have the peace of mind and to not have to chase customers.
