Me & my 2 brothers inherited a house. The deed is in all our names. I am receiving social security disability. I want them to buy me out or sell the house. If they get a mortgage & pay me my third of what the house is worth will we be taxed & if so how much? This is a $300k house. I currently don't pay taxes.
Is there a financial adviser on here?
