In times past, cars and trucks had a drain plug to drain the coolant out. I did not see one and the bottom hose on the radiator seems to ber very difficult to get to. How do you flush the coolant out to replace it?
I heard that if an air pocket is left in the coolant system, the Dex Cool (orange coolant) will corrode the engine and/or gaskets. I will most likely pay a mechanic to do it for me now that I remember the possible problems when air gets in to the cooling system.
