Is there a difference between the AP Edition Biology Book and the Regular 7th Edition?

I bought the Campbell and Reece 7th Edition Bio book online for a great low price but now have found that our class is using the Bio 7th Edition AP Edition textbook. Is there a difference? I would love to be able to use my own (cheap) book! Thanks!
