Is there a device that lets you play music from a palm pre on your car's stereo system?

I know that there are things you can get for your car so that you can play your iPod through your car's speakers, but I use my Palm Pre phone as an MP3 player, and I was wondering if there's some type of device (doesn't have to be by palm) that can play the music on my Palm Pre the same way the iPod ones work?
