Is there a computer application like Apple Photo Booth that is compatible with Windows?

My daughter and I were in an electronics store browsing the computers while my husband was looking for something else ... she stumbled on this enormous Apple computer with this most amazing program called Photo Booth. She and I stood there taking pictures and using the different settings for at least an hour having the most fun we have had together in a long time! I literally thought I was either going to wet myself or get kicked out from laughing so hard! Anyway, I would love to have something like that for our computer here at home however we do not have an Apple computer. We would need something compatible with Windows. If you have any information that would help me, please know it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have much experience with the Apple's photo programs, So I am not sure if the programs below have all of the features or not.

For vista, I think it is built in, it is called Windows Live Photo Gallery.
