Is there a Chinese made scooter engine that is compatible with the one on a Honda Elite

CH 80 ? I need some scooter engine parts for an old Honda Elite CH 80 ; but they are so expensive. I wonder if the Chinese cloned (copied) the Elite CH 80 engine for their scooter !
