Is there a CD to Cassette player adapter for cars?

This is the reverse of the question you're probably prepared to answer: my grandpa still has a stack of old cassette tapes he'd love to listen to in his car, but his car "only" has a CD player (newfangled crap!). I don't have the time to convert his entire cassette collection onto CDs for him, so the question is: I know there are cassette tapes you can stick in your car's cassette deck so that you can then play CDs... does the reverse exist? That is, a CD you stick in your car's CD player so you can play cassettes? Or something like that that plugs into the cigarette lighter? Anyone, anyone?
