Is there a big difference in quality of the Sharp Aquos Quattron LED vs the LCD?

Of course the LCD is cheaper, but the LED has better quality. I guess question is, how noticeable is the difference between the 2. I'm leaning toward the LED but I could save $200 bucks with the LCD....just kind of want some opinions.
