Is there a bank that allows a cosigner for a car not be related ?

I went to look for used cars and when I found the perfect car the dealer said my co signer can't co sign unless it's a relative or
someone I like with and she is neither
so they said the only option us for the car to be in her name but it would suck paying for a car and driving one that's not mine but my friends.
Anyone have any ideas? Please help!
