I have a very important question that I need you to answer. I am currently working in a free zone company sponsored by Trakhees. I have been working in the company for almost 5 months and I want to resign immediately and find another job. Since it's stipulated in my contract with the company under clause 3, that during this period either party may terminate the contract without prior notice, I passed my resignation letter and want to resign immediately. It was signed and received by my manager. Will I get any ban? Work ban or an Immigration ban? My company will not provide me an NOC, and I still want to look for work. Where can I look for work, without being affected by a ban (if there is any) and that I dont need to present an NOC?
