We got the Razr v3a last yr at this time and have had nothing but trouble with them. i am on my 3rd one and hubby is on his 2nd. they just are CRAP. i hate it. anyway. we are looking for new phones. We want ones that are easy to add ringtones to and not have to go threw a bunch of crap with downloading a bunch of programs to get it to work. has to have camera. NO blackberry. i would love one with a full keyboard though. thanks for all the help.
