Is there a after market strut or shock to make 2006 Honda Accord a smoother ride?

2006 Honda Accord EX has rough ride. Any after market struts or shocks which would make this a better ride? Would it be worth the effort for a small compact car?
I have Goodyear Assurance P205/60R16 tires on the car. These could also be contributing to the problem?
