what is the highest Gigabyte flash drive ?

is the Kingston DataTraveler 310 256GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive good or bad?
 
Currently, there is no way to produce that large of a drive without some form of spinning disk. I think the largest flash drive Ive seen is in the SSD realm. Biggest one Ive seen is 320GB, but I think they go as high as 500GB.

Kingston makes excellent memory solutions and are my preferred brand of flash memory, SD memory, and RAM memory products.
 
There are 1TB flash drives, they just don't fit in a 2.5 inch (notebook drive size) form factor yet and require a 3.5 inch (standard desktop drive size) form factor.
