Is the Yamaha EZ-200 good for starters like me?

I only played the paino only a few times in my life but was never really good at it. But i never would have thought a pino like this is too good to be true when the keys light up teaching you how to play as you go along. Also whats the price of it and can i find it at like a walmart?

And later down the road i might wanna get another paino. What is a really good paino that you can compose your own music?
