Is the whole textbook in Texas thing unconstitutional?

I mean isn't it forcing too much church into a state establishment?

Why doesn't the right favour teaching the children truth about evolution, slavery and Thomas Jefferson?
 
Its a dangerous slope because many states use text books printed in texas and the texas economy could very well be hurt because these text books wont qualify in many schools. Many of their kids, and kids from AZ wont be able to attend a lot of universities either because many universities require a certain level of education that they wont be getting.
