Is the website "ipod lounge" a scam?

i figured that the itunes movies were a little bit to expensive so i did a little research and found this website called "ipod lounge". If you have used it please let me know and tell me if it is a scam that is just taking my money
 
Do not, and I repeat, do not download from any such site. It is illegal and could introduce a virus onto your computer.
