It seems the us is suspicious of china. they want china to grow, prosper, and rise up, BUT YET REMAIN CONTROLLABLE AND DEPENDENT ON THE WHITE NATIONS. Hence, its okay, but it the west can't control and own a sizeable share, THE RAPID GRIWTH AND POWER is seen as evil as whites lose power.
In any event, its not sure if the west really wants china to MAX OUT ON EVERYTHING but would rather welcome modest growth that can be contained, controlled, and sustainable
