I'm planning on calling the admissions office tomororw, but to ease my mind was curious if University of Washington (Seattle) was no longer accepting transfer applications for the winter term. I heard they froze applications for spring 2009, but online it says that NO TERMS ARE AVAILABLE for applications. What is going on???
