is the tmobile 1.49 a day unlimited data plan for prepaid phones?[as of 3-7-2011]?

i was thinking to switching from att prepaid plan to tmobiles prepaid plan because i heard they had an unlimited 1.49 a day unlimited data plan and its only charged when you use it. but i wasnt sure if it was for the prepaid phones or the contracts.
