Does anyone know about the Tim Tebow bill?
Here's what I know about it:
Tim Tebow was homeschooled in Florida, right? The bill states that home schooled children can participate in public school extra curricular activities; sports, choir, drama teams, etc.
The bill has been passed in like 24 other states, and in 2006 or 2007, it was being discussed in Alabama. There were lots of people against it, and lots of people for it. I don't know what happened when they had a big meeting thing in 2007. And I don't know much more about it. Does anyone else know anything else? I'd really like this bill to pass.
Anyone know what all the homeschoolers can participate in?
And most importantly, did they throw this bill out or are they still considering it?
How could I like, contact the people discussing this bill? Is there any way at all?
I'm all for this bill to pass, and if I'd known about it sooner, like 3 years sooner, it probably would have been better.
What is the position, I guess, of this bill as of now??
