Is the throttle position sensor bad again in my 93 Buick Lesabre?

I have a 93 Buick Lesabre and about 2 months it would idle very high as if the petal was always to the floor. Well I got the throttle position sensor replaced and it work fine. Later I didnt drive the car for a month the battery was dead so i jumped it and when I cranked it up it seems to have the same problem again. ANY IDEAS THANKS
