Is the T-Mobile myTouch 4G a good phone?

Is this phone good? Thanks in advance for your input. I live in Litchfield Park Arizona, 85340 and I don’t know if there is any 4G coverage out here for T-Mobile, so if you could also tell me that, it would be helpful.
