Is the site, " USGovernmentAuctions.net " a reliable/trustworthy place to buy a car

for a cheap price? I have been looking for a car for a while now...and stumbled across this online auction site that offers seized cars for a low price, and a 7-day free trial for $1. I have to get the free trial before I can actually look at the details of the cars. If this site is reliable, 7 days is all I'll need.. Has anyone used this site, or know of a better one? Please help me end my search for a cheap car. Lol
