Is the Samsung Slim Fit TV a.k.a CS29Z40MQ a HDTV?

I'm going to buy Grand Theft Auto IV this Saturday and the store asked me if our tv is hdtv because GTA$ requires the tv to be hdtv. I don't know if it's hdtv. PLease help!!
 
No, that's an analog TV. See the specs in the ref below.

There's no reason to require an HD set to view a DVD. The picture won't be any different in quality or function than any other DVD you've played. There's nothing on the disc that demands 720p or 1080p resolution to be seen. You just won't see it in HD, otherwise it should be fine.
