Is the Samsung Rant a good phone?

Its my B-Day soon and I am getting a new phone for my B-Day. I have Sprint. I have been looking at the Rant because it has a full QWERTY keybord and I love that. I also love the slim and fashionable look. So if you have had this phone and like it or dislike it PLZ tell me. Also PLZ tell me if you have had any problems with it. And lastly if you have had another phone from Sprint that you like PLZ tell me. So I can research it. THX THX THX!!
 
My husband has the rant I had it to for awhile, but it wasnt right for me I'm just dont like slider phones. Anyways its a great phone I have the the lotus its great to. My only suggestion is to stay away from the rumor.
