Is the Samsung Rant a good phone?

I'm getting a new phone and I was wondering if there would be any problems with getting the Samsung Rant. I am switching from AT&T and I am wondering if this will cause any problems? I have heard that the Samsung Rant occasionally freezes up or has a bunch of weird glitches. Has that been fixed yet???

If you can please list all the cons about this phone, I would highly appreciate it.

And if you also know any good reviews on this phone, please send a link.
