is the samsung rant a good phone and what are the capabilities?

im looking into buying a rant but i would like to know a few things...
1. with the bluetooth can i send images and ring-tones?
2. does it hav picture messaging?
3. is it durable?
4. does it hav a good vibration? (i couldn't feel my last phone vibrate)
