Is the restaurant Subway healthy?

well its healthier depending on what you get. if you get from the low carb menue then yes its healthy. but when you get just a sub on reg. breads and put toppings on it then its no better no. Its not as healthy as you think. a 12 inch is bad. They mean its healthy with the diet foods they have there. Not just a reg. sub.
 
In general, is Subway healthy? What are the pros/cons of eating there?
For example I got a BLT (bacon lettuce tomato) 12'' on Italian. Is eating Subway regularly hamful? It's better than burgers and fries, I know that.
