Is the pre-college summer program academic connections good for college?

HELP!

New member
I got a letter from UC San Diego asking me to apply for the pre-college summer courses from Academic Connections and I'm wondering if its worth it considering the high price of it/if its really hard to get in since the apply fee is 100 bucks. And I would only go if its beneficial to getting into college on my college apps
