Is the Panasonic TXL32U3B Tv good for gaming?

I'm looking for a 32inch - ?300-400 tv that has good quality and no lag when gaming. Came across this one and so far it looks pretty good but not sure if it's good for gaming. Any advice would be great. Thanks :)
