Is the Panasonic HM-TA1 Good for making short films?

Hey I'm 13 and I really need a new HD video camera for making short films on Youtube. I only have about £150-£200 at most to spend. I came across the Panasonic HM-TA1 and it looked great, I was wondering then why no one recommended it or said anything about it? Someone Please help because I am really desperate and In need of a free camera.
Here are the options:
Panasonic HM-TA1
Flip Ultra HD
Wait till next year for the new flip (Last resort)

Also is the Toshiba Camileo SX500 Good or the Samsung HMX-H200?
