I currently have a cute little pink Blackberry Pearl. My upgrade is September 13 and I know that it is a while away, but I was just curios about the Pros and Cons of the Palm Pixi.
Is the Palm Pixi a good phone?

the palm pixi is a smartphone, which at&t now requires you have a smartphone data plan if the device is a smartphone. The pixi is running on a linux OS, which is a plus and it has a easy to use querty keyboard if you're a texter. 
I personally wouldn't get it because of the way overpriced data plan, I would rather get a texting phone and have the $30 text and data unlimited plan.
Still, if you're looking for a PDA function, then it still would be a good place to look
